I stand behind the quality of my work, and your satisfaction is deeply important to me. Because all monograms are delivered as digital files, I am generally unable to offer refunds once a design has been downloaded.
For custom monogram designs, all sales are final and non-refundable, as each piece is created exclusively for you.
If you change your mind about a non-custom purchase before downloading your files, I will gladly issue a refund upon request.
Requests submitted after a file has been downloaded are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at my sole discretion. Any refund inquiries must be made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.
